Veterinary services
All veterinary advice and treatment is provided by qualified veterinary surgeons and nurses. By registering with us, you confirm that you are the owner of the animal(s) presented for treatment, or that you have authority from the owner to authorise treatment.
You are responsible for ensuring your pet is presented safely and that you inform us of any relevant history, including previous treatments, medications, or known conditions.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of consultation unless prior credit arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We strongly recommend that all clients take out pet insurance to help cover the cost of unexpected illness or injury.
Pet Health Club
Our Pet Health Club is a monthly subscription plan. Full terms and conditions for the Pet Health Club are provided at the time of sign-up. The plan is non-transferable and covers only the named animal(s).
