Every consultation at River starts with time. We don't run twelve-minute slots, we don't double-book, and you'll never feel rushed out of the room. The clinical work is thorough — but so is the conversation. We want you to leave understanding what's happening with your pet and what comes next.
You'll be quoted for the consult before we begin. If we recommend further work — bloods, x-rays, a follow-up — you'll see a written estimate first. No surprise add-ons at the till.
